Courses

If CITC International Training Center is forced to cancel the course in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances, an emergency or for any reason relating to the venue or faculty, we will provide you with a 100% refund of the fee. If a course has to be cancelled mid-way, then a 50% of the fee will be refunded.
However, please note that no refund of travel, accommodation or sustenance costs that you may have incurred to attend the course will be provided.

• Request for cancellation received 42 days (six weeks) before the commencement of the course: Full refund minus 10% administration and registration charges plus bank/postage charges.
• Request for cancellation received 28 days (four weeks) before the commencement of the course: Fifty percent refund plus bank/postage charges.
• Request for cancellation received within 14 days of commencement of the course: You will forfeit the fee.
• Processing time for the refund to be reflected is 30 working days after the request.
• CITC reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability.
• CITC reserves the right to cancel or change the date(s) of the event at any time due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities and for any causes beyond our reasonable control.
• In the event that the date(s) of the Event are changed to new date(s) and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will be able to redeem the registration fee paid for another CITC event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
• Personal arrangements, including, without limitation, travel and accommodation, are at your own risk and CITC will not be liable for any costs relating to such arrangements, even if the Event is cancelled or moved to a new date(s).
• If CITC cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another CITC Event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
• Payment for hotel accommodation made directly to the organizer is non-refundable.
